Accredited Buyer Representative - ABR is the benchmark for excellence in buyer representation. The designation requires extensive classroom training and substantial experience in buyer representation. An Accredited Buyer Representative is committed to the real estate buyer. The ABR is awarded by the Real Estate Buyer's Agent Council (REBAC), an affiliate of the National Association of REALTORS®. |

CAI- Member- Community Associations Institute (CAI) is the only national organization
dedicated to fostering vibrant, responsive, competent community
associations. Their mission is to assist community associations in
promoting harmony, community, and responsible leadership. We believe
that by giving board members, managers, and homeowners the knowledge
they need to better run their associations, they can turn “owners” into
“neighbors,” increasing harmony and leading to more prosperous, safer

Graduate REALTORS Intitute - This National professional real estate designation may only be earned after successfully completing a rigorous educational program that includes 92 hours of live course instruction from an accredited statewide facility through the National Association of REALTORS®. Graduates must complete post graduate courses in investment real estate, construction, appraising, technology, and negotiating to earn this degree. |

program for real estate professionals. Endorsed by the National
Association of REALTORS®, the e-PRO course teaches professionals the
